Holiday Hustle Raffle Rules

We're celebrating the impact you make everyday - keeping our patients moving.

Four grand prizes are up for grabs in our Holiday Hustle Raffle:

  • 2 Therapists and 2 Support Team members will share a $4000 prize pool (1k per winner)!

  • All team members who are providing direct care or scheduling patients are eligible to win.

  • Contest runs 11/10-12/12 with raffle winners announced 12/15.

Whether it's traveling to see family, finding the perfect gift, or treating yourself to something special, Spear wants to help make your holiday wishes come true.

Appointment Rules:

Week of 11/10: Appointments made 11/10 – 11/16 with appointment date before 11/23 will count

Week of 11/17: Appointments made 11/17 – 11/23 with appointment date before 11/30 will count

Week of 11/24: Appointments made 11/24 – 11/30 with appointment date before 12/07 will count

Week of 12/01: Appointments made 12/01 – 12/07 with appointment date before 12/14 will count

Week of 12/8: Appointments made 12/8 – 12/14 with appointment date before 12/21 will count

For Therapists:

Earn raffle tickets each week toward the grand prize drawing based on your number of impacts (arrived patients). The more impacts you make, the more chances you get to win! Check out the chart below to see how many tickets you’ll earn:

For Care Coordinators, Customer Service Representatives, and Tech Teams:

Care Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives earn tickets individually. Therapy Techs will earn as a team.

Each week, tickets are awarded based on the number of scheduled impacts (appointments you’ve scheduled).

What counts as a scheduled impact?

  • Any new appointment created

  • Any existing appointment significantly modified (both date and time changed)

Each week, we’ll count qualifying appointments set to arrive that week or the next.
